    First timer . The cost was okay and they finished when promised but the staff were a bit abrupt and not friendly. I'd say they are average.

    Have been using it for 5 years, one staff is delightful, the other one is rude, never see that staff smile in 5 years. Hate it when have to deal with that staff, so rude and doesn't care about the customers. I'm thinking about going somewhere else can't deal with this staff anymore.

    Yesterday picked up three waistcoats. Upon getting home realised that a buckle from one had disappeared. Took it back to see what had happened, however they took no responsibility for damaging my waistcoat and didn't offer ANY apology OR compensation. I was very disappointed and will not be returning! Obviously customer service and satisfaction is not a priority here.

    Recently dropped some shirts in for ironing alone. Picked them up and thy ere still creased and unsuitable for wear.Took them straight back and was told that I left them "too dry". They couldn't be bothered spraying them with water (which generally comes free) and they were satisfied with their job.
    I asked them for money back but they refused saying they had done what they could. This was my first and last visit to this laundry and I highly recommend it be avoided as there are far more friendly and professional ones nearby.
