The Cucina bar is situated inside the Albion Hotel. The restaurant offers an Italian inspired menu with an extensive coffee, wine and cocktail list. This includes local, national and Mediterranean wines. There are two intimate wine rooms which are available for private functions. Dinning can be experienced indoor or al fresco style.     A favourite among families, with prices on the low side, Cucina is stage-set Italian, but nicely done, defined by alcoves reminiscent of an old taverna or cellar. Service is snappy and the menu includes well-loved dishes such as cannelloni, parmigiana, scaloppini and saltimbocca, combined with familiar but inventive array of seafood, pizzas, grills and salad. The wine list has plenty of well-known labels, including some Italian drops.
