This was the worst experience I ever had with scoopon. The management of the restaurant was very rude. When I called for a reservation, 3 occasions they told me to ring back after 4pm. Finally I got hold of the same person, they told me they did not have any more seat for scoopon people for Fri & Sat. I then booked for 29 Sept (which is 2 weeks in advance after 10 initial calls to make booking). When I called them again on 28 Sept to confirm my booking due to the bad experience with the booking process, the staff told me they had my booking for 22 Sept therefore they treated me as "no show". I told them that I booked for 29 Sept and I confirmed 3 times during the call. They said I did not ring them to change my booking date to 29 Sept and I did not go on 22 Sept. The staff was rude on the phone. They did not understand that if I made the booking for 29th how would I call them on 22nd to change my booking. End up they said my scoopon has been cancelled due to the "no show" again. During the call, they asked my to repeat my name spelling for them 4 times. Very rude manner, shame on them. -

This was without a doubt the most awful place I have ever been too. No welcome, no one came to take our orders. We arrived at 7pm and waited for our mains until 8.40pm. The 'sangria' was warm, watered down juice. The food when it did come was lukewarm and at at best, edible and bland. We wanted to get out of there ASAP. Waiters avoided eye contact and made insincere apologies about the wait. All we were offered was a complimentary salad to make for this, but no extra plates, cutlery or napkins to accompany it. The live band was not good at all and was so loud we ended up not talking for the most part of the meal as our voices got tired from shouting. No one thanked us for coming or farewelled us as we left. On reflection, we probably should and could, have just walked out without paying. Also important to note, is that the prices on the menu DO NOT include GST, you're charged an extra 10% on top of what you are expecting. I chose to come here based on others reviews saying how good it was... All I can say is, what the hell is wrong with you people??? Please, please, please do not ever go to this restaurant.
