Our experience with John Cullen - Sensational - professional - no BS, had plenty of time for all our questions, great on site, quality construction and product, awesome price for what you end up with. Would ONLY recommend a Cullens Cubby - no other supplier even comes close to his work.

We recently purchased a cubby house & had it installed at our property. Unfortunately our block has a large slope but we talked to John about this at the time of order, in the end we had longer poles all round & then he made modifications to the structure on site according to the land slope. We were extremely happy with the service & the quality of the product is second to none especially when we see friends cubbies or forts. Since buying our cubby some friends off ours also purchased one of cullens forts, we would highly recommend Cullens Thankyou John FOR A GREAT CUBBY OUR BOYS LOVE IT

My partner and I recently bought a cubby from Cullens Cubbies. We decided on the Little Princess 1 as it was a gift for a community day care centre in our neighborhood. We had so many questions to ensure that what we were buying would suit the purpose and environment. After much discussion a representative from Cullens Cubbies suggested we set up a meeting on site to discuss the design and placement of the Cubby as we wanted to add a couple of extras. All our concerns and questions were answered and the cubby arrived on the day, and was installed within a few hours. The kids and parents had a great time painting the cubby. Overall we found the team at Cullens Cubbies enthusiastic and passionate and would recommend them. By the way we looked at a few other companies but Cullens cubby had a more professional finish than a couple we saw, so from a quality point of view they are number one with us.

  huh?? That sure wasn't OUR experience. there was no meeting for US. He just turned up and abused us for not having read his mind properly.

Some time ago my wife made inquiries about having a cubby built by them. On the phone they sounded reasonable so we went ahead. On the day they turned up with their assistant, didn't even bother to tell us they were there and strides into the backyard to get setup. Or so we thought. Immediately they started moaning about how we haven't got the ground perfectly flat for them, even though we spent all previous three days doing our utmost best to do so. In any case I let them ramble on for a while before I'd had enough of their rude behaviour and I started to ask them to please stop carrying on and tell us precisely what they needed for them to get on with the job. Their response was, and I quote, "no no mate before you start ! I don;t want this job you can have your money back!" and storming off.
And to top it all off, six months later we're still waiting for our money to be refunded.

  We too had a similar experience with Cullens - yes the product is good ( as is many others) however service is a major part of a quality company and Cullens has NO SERVICE QUALITY - KEEP AWAY FROM THEM
