Cup Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe located in Russell Street, West End, Brisbane.

We roast our coffee on site on our Probat L5. We choose the Probat not only because we believe it produces amazing coffee but also because it gives a great hands on feel to every batch. 

We source high quality, specialty grade, seasonal, traceable green coffee. By sourcing coffee that can be traced back to specific farms we believe we can produce a better and more sustainable product and also better educate everyone who comes into our cafe. Check out some of the farm profiles on our current coffees page to get a better idea of this. I n the cafe we use local unhomoginised Maleny Daries milk.
