Wonderful staff, lovely food. We were however VERY VERY VERY shocked when we got the bill and were charged $24 corkage for 2 bottles of wine. How on earh can they justify that? Never in my life have I ever paid that much for corkage. Not even in Sydney do they charge that much. We asked the wait staff and he said "I'm sorry but that is what the management says on the menu" We actually didn't see the price of the corkage anywhere on the menu.
Overall the meal was wonderful and the restaurant has some interesting artwork. However the night was a bit of a let down due the fact the corkage was so high.
BUT can the actually do that?????
