Cutting Edge School of Cookery is the first school of its kind in South Australia.
The school, with its custom designed and built commercial kitchen is the vision of Amanda Smith, a highly skilled and experienced chef. Our aim is to bring the culinary world to everyone who has a passion and desire to learn. No prior knowledge or skills are necessary. Your time at Cutting Edge will be rewarding and enjoyable while learning modern and innovative techniques and skills using premium products All classes are hands on so don't forget your apron.
Located at Shop 1, 552 Milne Road, Redwood Park SA 5097, it is easily accessed with ample parking.
Classes include creative cupcakes, cake decorating, chocolate beginners class, chocolate flowers, modern desserts, chocolate decorations High Tea and macarons.
We also bake delicious cupcakes for sale including Red Velvet Cupcakes, Vanilla and Chocolate cupcakes for all occasions.
