    I agree with BB about the inconsistent service, but all the bad experience happens at the counter. But I've been using Cutting Point for the last two years as the haircuts are great, service is professional...and once you make it past the counter, it's a much better experience :) Try to get Michi, he's the best!

    If you're a student, don't go on a Saturday: the student discount doesn't apply on that day, but I wasn't told this at the outset. Whilst I was given a discount that amounted to around 6%, I therefore ended up paying a lot more than I expected. Though I was quite happy with the cut, I was surprised and disappointed that the discount policy wasn't clarified upfront.

    Good haircuts at a reasonable price, great opening hours, but the service is a problem. Friendly and helpful one day, oblivious and rude the next.
