    The team at DB Philpott Real Estate have managed two of my investment properties for over nine years now and I can say as a landlord they have always had my best interest heart, they have a great team of reliable tradespeople and have always assisted me in other area's when needed. I have spoken direct with my tenants on occasion and the feedback from them has been more than positive this is always valuable to hear also. Keep up the good work guys. John

    have dealt with lots of agents and their places of business. (often sterile and don't care)
    By far this has been the most enjoyable. What I felt or experienced with you, Ben and all those I dealt with at the counter at your office was a sense of respect for not only me as the person but also my life and its circumstances: and that I was as valuable as the next person. This is more rare than you think. So from me congratulations on how you run your business and thank you for all the dealings we have had.
    I wish you and all involved much continued success, in other words keep up the good work, it is appreciated and recognized by us on the other side. The new owners introduced themselves the other night and all went well, So thanks again JOHN

    Poor treatment of good tenants. As a long term renter I found this company difficult to deal with , doesn't keep appointments for inspection and doesn't return calls or follow up on problems. I moved on and am glad I am not with them anymore. The worst I have had.

    I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ben, David Philpott (junior & senior) and some of their team and have found that they are all easy to deal with when it comes to property management and maintenance with rental properties.     Ben Philpott and the team at D&B Philpott manage two poperrties in the adelaide metro area on my behalf and several others for friends and aquantances whom I have referred to them. The reason we value their service so highly is that they are systematic, professional and consistant in their approach. Charges are reasonable and they deal with issues associated with manageing rental properties in a timely fashion, in a way that is fair for both the tenant and the landlord.
    Ben takes the hard work out of owning a rental property.
