    Poor treatment of good tenants. As a long term renter I found this company difficult to deal with , doesn't keep appointments for inspection and doesn't return calls or follow up on problems. I moved on and am glad I am not with them anymore. The worst I have had.

    Ben Philpott and the team at D&B Philpott manage two poperrties in the adelaide metro area on my behalf and several others for friends and aquantances whom I have referred to them. The reason we value their service so highly is that they are systematic, professional and consistant in their approach. Charges are reasonable and they deal with issues associated with manageing rental properties in a timely fashion, in a way that is fair for both the tenant and the landlord.
    Ben takes the hard work out of owning a rental property.
