    dropped off car, alternator problem, was hoping could be repaired, no phone call recieved so I called was informed parts to repair not available, at this stage they only could get new direct from 'ford'. I informed them I had already done research and found one available, for $500, he was still looking was was going to get back to me. No phone call recieved, so I rang back. Car was ready to collect, part $715 + Labour, I asked what happened to my phone call... and was told 'he could pull it out - at a cost of $85 per hour, which I was to pay, and wouldnt put old one back in, then argeed he would - when he could. No chioce but to pay and take car - to scared to leave there.
