I spent last night at Da Vinci's for my daughters 16th Birthday Celebrations. I have never had a worse meal in Ballarat in the 22 years I have lived here. I ordered their Roast Pork off the specials Board for $26.00 and was looking forward to enjoying it.
It was bloody disgusting, I won't ever be going back there. Looked and tasted like it had been microwaved, and that it was days old, as was the scalloped potatoes. Just saying people, it wasn't cheap, and it was revolting. I just won't ever go back, even the waitress when she put the plate down gave me a withering look, as much to say, I wouldn't eat this day old food either. -

I'm a coeliac, so I was impressed when the menu had several advertised Gluten free options. I ordered a gluten free salad, and when it arrived with croutons on it, I sent it back politely. When I began to eat the 'new' salad, I noticed crum...bs and then came across two croutons. I spoke to the management and explained my issue, they were dismissive and asked me "what's your problem? You ate some." They didn't understand how I felt, the staff weren't versed in their own menu , even though they advertise it. When we got our bill, we were charged $30 for drinks we didn't order and throughout this whole night, not once was an apology offered, only extremely rude staff.
