Despite some of the comments that I've read, I chose Dale Air due to a lack of interest from other companies. The Sales Rep, Installers and Electrician were all friendly and helpful. I'm happy with the Daikin inverter system installed. My only comment is that I wasn't told that the Installers required payment in cash. This may keep prices down, however, I didn't have enough money when it came to pay them on the day so I had to make an unscheduled trip to the bank.
Poor installation work as they use dodgy contractors. Refuse to accept liability for poorly designed and fitted system. A system that does not work as it should and owes us nearly $20000. Very shonky.
Hi there, just wanted to let you know we have experienced the same of late with Dale Air. We are trying everything possible to have the situation rectified, but unfortunitly they havent been proffessional and havent stood by there word in trying to fix the problem which started with a poorly recommended, designed and fitted system using contractors, we are still waiting on certificates which are yet to come through. Not sure what to do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone. Buyer be aware.
My experience with Dale Air was very positive for the istallation of gas ducted heating. It was a difficult job on a ground floor flat that many others wouldn't even quote on. Job was completed within a day to a very high standard. We are absolutely wrapt wwith it. half a star off because they probably could have cleaned up after themselves a little bit better.
My experience with Dale Air has been awful. The heating unit installation was non compliant with roof tiles left unsecured. Have complained to the Plumbing Industry Association and will follow up with Consumer Affairs.
We tried to contact this company many times - with little response - our heater doesn't work and they are not interested and even deny installing it although we have a Stat Dec from the last owner and the builder saying they did. Very unhappy and would recommend to be wary of them.
