    Customer service non existant, she cancels my appointment for a specialised treatment 4 days out and says she will call back in 3 months to reschedule when she is back from maternity leave!!!! Who does that!!

    She is blatenty rude and ohhh outright refuses to give any form of a refund even though she cannot provide the service i paid up front for.

    I would rather cut my own hair blindfolded that trust them with my time.
