I would not shop at this store again. You cannot get a refund or exchange on goods but this is not clearly outlined in the terms and conditions. The staff are friendly before a sale is made but after a sale is made if you are not happy with anything they in no way try to please or assist the customer i.e the people that are actually spending the money to unfortunately keep businesses like this alive. I wish i had read other reviews on this company before shopping there as i have since found an overwhelming number of complaints similar to mine.
