    I had a hard drive that was dropped onto the floor by my daughter, the drive had years of precious photos and videos on it along with family documents. I contacted Data Recovery Express after they were recommended to me. I had talked to several data recovery companies and was left confused and dejected after the numerous and contradictory stories. Data Recovery Express provided fantastic service and support throughout the process and were able to successfully recover the data. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive but they were able to deliver a good result and I cannot express my relief and happiness at getting the data back. Thank you again, Alex.

    Be warned.This was the worst service/business dealing I have ever encountered by far. In my experiences with Data Recovery Express Data Recovery Express misquoted me hundreds of dollars, accepted my "Priority Service" fee and proceeded to not contact me for four business days, responded on progress only after I contacted them and withheld my property for weeks after service had ended. The charge was over $1100.00 for a Microsoft Word document to be recovered from an 8GB USB drive. No guarantees that the file will be recovered without corruption, and without fail I received no recovered files from the service. The $165.00 extra for "Priority Service" equals weeks of waiting with no communication. I found this business was extremely unprofessional, extremely rude. Whatever service you're after - it can be done for much, much lower prices than Data Recovery Express will convince you, and much more professionally. Steer clear.

    I couldn't believe it when my pc crashed and I lost a year's worth of my univeristy work. I called Data Recovery Express after speaking to a couple of other organisations that didn't really give me much confidence that they could recover my information. Data Recovery Express clearly explained their process and costs. Within a week my university data was recovered and I was back on track with my studies. That's what I call a real life saver!

    I sent my drive to two firms before trying Data Recovery Express, one couldn't recover it the other quoted pricing through the roof. I got all my photos and data back for a reasonable price and was very happy with the service.
