I must say I have never met a telco person and shop for that matter who are genuinely nice and provides exceptional customer service. I had a broken phone and needed a new one. The sales rep guided me through what phones and plans are suitable for me and in the end, not only did I get what I want, they gave me the perfect service ever and freebies!
