    I had the pleasure of visiting Sydney for 4 months this year and doing lots of yoga. i had an underlying issue with my knee which came from trying to do too much too quick when getting into half lotus posture. I have a great friend in Ireland who is an Osteopath and really respect their profession. David Moor is a so fantastic, he is the type of person whose professionalism inspires you to want to be better at your own chosen profession. I've sent lots of my friends from Sydney and all find him first class. You are in safe hands.
