I have had it with DBC Motors and will never use them again. For close to 13 years I have been taking my cars there and there has always been a problem when I get them back. My wife keeps asking me why I use them as the workmanship is poor but I tell her " use local and keep the money here " So I put up with only half the job being done and to tell the truth it is easier to use someone you know {My wife stopped using them a couple of years ago after problems with work she had done there}. This time has done it. I have over looked several stuff ups on their part like the time they did the brakes and forgot to refill the master cylinder. The latest was a tune up. Now the Ute runs worse than when I took it in. I have just been back down to DBC to complain and when I would not accept there excuses they yelled at me in the street and said they did not want my business anymore. All because I wanted it fixed properly or a refund. Just one more example of their customer care, I used to have a van I used for work and I took it down for a tune up and oil change a couple of years ago . When I picked it up it would not idle the next day, they then told me the head was shot but they had done the tune up and charged me for it. Never again will I use them I am going to find someone who knows what they are doing. Beware of shonky mechanics.
