    I have never left a bad review on a business before, yet this company is beyond redemption. They have no customer service skills. My application should have been completed within 14 days yet after 23 phone calls and several emails it took 3 months. I received not one phone call or email from this company about progress and when I finally told them the council were going to fine me they informed me that my application had 'fallen through the cracks'. I went past disappointment and into angry within the fifth week so you can imagine how I felt when I hear the above quote at the 3 month mark. I gave them several messages to phone, several emails to return but to no avail, then the last straw was walking into the office to a receptionist having no idea whats going on, eventually handing me a refund minus a 'handling fee'. Unbelievable. Please be careful using this company as they have no professionalism what so ever.
