I buy online quite often and dealsdirect usually delivers on time and the products are usually in good condition. I have placed maybe 10 orders with them over the past few years. Only one order took 2 weeks to arrive, the others arrived in a few days to a week. They have a very wide product selection. I would recommend them. -

I purchased a set of cutlery on the 6th Jan. It has been 7 weeks, 5 phone calls and 3 emails later and I am still waiting. I have been told that my purchase has not yet been sent out and they cannot tell me when it will be dispatched. When you call you end up on hold for hours. On numerous occasions I have been promised a phone call or email back to let me know where my purchase is but I am yet to receive any feedback. I have not received 1 call or email. I have emailed their complaints department and tracked my email online. I was amazed to see my email had been "closed" despite the fact I had not received a response. The quality of their customer service is disgusting. I definitely would not recommend Deals Direct as dealing with them is a nightmare. -

Its definitely worth checking out this site for bargain titbits every now and then. Recently bought a Car Blue tooth kit for AUD 42.00 incl delivery. And it was promptly delivered and in good condition. Always make sure you read reviews of the product within the site and elsewhere and shop around online before you make a decision. I have made several purchases with dealsdirect - though i regret my first buy I learnt to be a smart shopper by reading reviews and comparing prices and make the best out of deals this website has to offer. -

Deals Direct is a good alternative to the big name department stores. They sell a huge range of good quality products and some really good prices. I bought a bung coffee machine from them, but I was able to return it for a full refund without any hassles. It hasn't effected my opinion of them, and I'll certainly shop there again. -

A quick, friendly efficient service offered by Deals Direct. I cannot praise their staff enough for their response to complaints. You can always be assured that action will be taken quickly once you have submitted a complaint in writing. I have returned goods on numerous occasions and have always been happy with the outcome of my complaints or enquiries. Truely a company with which I will deal for online purchases. In addition they have some of the best bargains on the net! -

I must admit I was a bit iffy about purchasing from Deals Direct, but they have won me over! My order was placed with a minimum of fuss, the quality of the goods exceeded my expectations, and the delivery was undertaken in an extremely timely fashion. I would highly recommend Deals Direct for purchases of homewares, electronics, etc. Not only do you receive great service, but you also save a great deal of money (not to mention time!).
