We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

We reject reviews and comments if they:

    Bike bought with incorrect and missing parts

    - Terrible

    Spectrum Mountain Bike - 26 Inch Alloy Frame 21 Speed Disc Brakes. Model: 19028
    Parts missing. front wheel skewer....holds front wheel to forks.
    Pedals in box incorrect thread size..... pedal arm circumference much larger than pedal thread.
    Seat post diameter to small for bike frame post causing seat post to be insecurely held......moves down all the time.
    Handle bar stem clamp has play no matter how much you tighten with torque wrench, putting to much stress on bolts that could cause them to snap when riding over a bump.
    Spokes have corrosion forming causing the tension on them to weaken overtime .
    Bottom bracket feels rough when turning but is really the poor quality components and bearings.
    Gears and brakes also problematic when adjusting. Disc brakes not work sufficiently safe and gearing not smoove when changing.

    i have bought lots of items from this site with no problems so far
    Excellent products, great service, timely delivery
    I use three similar companies that provide the brand name products at cheaper prices and I find this site to be the best. They are the fastest to deliver and I tend to find more products to buy on this site.

    First class experience and unbeatable price with super fast delivery. I never leave a review usually, but this time i really want to, the delivery time was cant be any better. I had never shopped from deals direct before and my first experience has been the best i will definitely come back to buy more. i have also signed up for their daily deals and i must says the deals just want you to buy from them.

    DealsDirect is NOT a good company to deal with . they don't honour their return or warranty policies, if an item stuffs up, GOODLUCK with that !!! Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR , Management is Useless. I will NEVER recommend them.

    Where else can you buy a pet bed for only $12.95!!? My dog loves it to.

    The best site to buy stuff online if you want the best price with a huge range of items to pick from. I usually buy my presents off Deals Direct and get them delivered to my door. Saves me time as I don't have to duck down to Westfields and find something I like!

    I buy online quite often and dealsdirect usually delivers on time and the products are usually in good condition. I have placed maybe 10 orders with them over the past few years. Only one order took 2 weeks to arrive, the others arrived in a few days to a week. They have a very wide product selection. I would recommend them.
