A couple of weeks before Christmas we purchased a cavoodle puppy from Debbie as a Christmas gift for our kids. She was very helpful with tips and hints to help us settle our little dog into our home and even looked after him until Christmas eve. Debbie also gave us her contact details so we could call her if we had any questions over the coming Christmas week even though she was on holidays. Thank goodness she did because our puppy ate something he shouldn't have and became quite sick. We contacted Debbie who immediately came to our rescue. She looked after the puppy for a couple of days and when he did not improve she contacted her vet, Gillian at Pawprint Vet Practice. Gillian too was on holidays but also was willing to help. Both of them took such good care of our puppy with Debbie calling us each day to give us an update about his health. Both Debbie and Gillian went over and above the call of duty to help us over this very stressful time. Thanks to Debbie our little puppy was returned to us fighting fit. I would definitely recommend Debbie to anyone who is looking to get a new puppy!!!!!

Iv been going to debbies now for about 8 years to get my Poodle groomed. She is a FANTASTIC groomer and George (dog) always comes home beautiful and clean. Her shop is immaculate and has lots of different things for sale. Her puppies are by far the best iv seen in brisbane and they are soooo adorable and I absolutely love it how she has them in cots. I would definately recommend her as she does the BEST job and is VERY affordable. :)

I bought my puppy from Debbie back in October last year. I found her to be very helpful and friendly.
I had been to a few other pet places before coming here to see her puppies. Initially was only going there for a look. But buying from here felt right. I think the fact that the puppies are kept in adorable cots was wonderful and it did not smell of wee's and poo's like many other places I'd been too.
I continue to go back to the store for the majority of my pet needs and supplies. Debbie has always been happy for a quick chat and a free nail clip of my dog.

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the owner of this business. When I rang to book my dog in for a bath one Saturday morning she told me that she "would rather go to a show than wash dogs on a Saturday morning and that my dog was so big and took too long to dry." Needless to say I was insulted. I have a corgi - not at all big. I now take my dog to another dog wash and she seems much happier with the people who now bathe her. I think if people are going to be in a service business they have to understand and practise customer service.

  Hi everyone, Im Debbie the owner of this business. I would like to take the time to reply to this nasty comment. Firstly, 2 years ago I attended the newfarm markets and pet shows as means to promote my business in the suburbs. As not being apart of any major shopping complex and to survive in the economic downturn this was the only option I had to keep my business sustainable. About 2 years before this I was involved in a Major car accident which now limits me, up until this day, to the size of dogs I can personally service. Iv had thousands of dogs through my front door and its sad to know that you felt this way. 99.99% of my customers are very happy with the work I do, and obviously your within the 0.01% that has a problem with my business. Its nice to know that your dogs happy Skipe, and if you think that a comment like yours is really that big of a deal to post to the internet, I would love to have a chat with you about your concerns.
