I had a really bad experience here. I had my nails done with shalac, which is a new longer lasting nail vanish. The day after i had my treatment one of my nails (that should last 2/3 weeks) started peeling. I phoned straight away and was unlucky enough to get management on the phone. They told me it would have been my fault and i didn't hold my nail's straight in the light box. WAS SO RUDE! I did manage to book a appointment to look at them but I am sure i would have endured a torturous and embarrassing stand of with the management that I just could not be bothered with. The staff are nice enough. I wonder why anyone would return to this salon as management has no idea of good customer service and thinks its appropriate to walk around with the Efpos receipts, adding through the days takings (CONTINUOUSLY) counting their takings while customers are in the salon and they asked to go through my handbag for my credit card for me to pay before my nails were completed!! BAD BAD BAD!!

    TERRIBLE!
$80 for a full set of natural acrilycs is expensive enough let along the extra $30 for the gel they tried to sell to me! They gave it atleast 4 or 5 attempts before handing me to someone else to finish my nails, who then tried a few more times to sell me the $30 gel. Because apparently if I didn't get it my nails would look 'dull' or 'lift off'
    AND
When I first called they said it would take 1 hour. an hour and a half later they finished so I practically had to rush out of there (on lunch)
    BUT NOT BEFORE
They were having a gas bag on the phone, so we couldn't put the transaction through. They kept putting their finger up to me and signally '1 minute' 10 minutes later, with no ATM around I paid and got out fo there. NEVER AGAIN would I go back, what a terrible experience!!

I wont go back. A staff did my nails. They were keen to sell me Mirraseal for an extra $30, I got the speal about how my nails wont lift (blah blah). Guess what, within 48 hours my nails had lifted. The staff had also filed my nails far too short, staff was in a rush. I was just a transaction at the end of the day. My nails lifiting had nothing to do with the do with the sealant, but everything to do with a poor technician. I was in holiday mode and had no issues with the $110.00 for a full set of nails, but next time I am in Brisbane I will go elsewhere. Definately will NOT be going back.

After trying several other nail studios, with totally unsatisfactory results, I was delighted with the expertise and delightful nature of Deborah's staff. Their standards in all areas are high and I have also overheard some very safe advice being given out regarding piercing.
If all you want is a cheap job - don't go!
If you want quality workmanship - THIS IS THE PLACE!!

i tried deborahs nail and beauty several months ago, and was welcomed by the honesty deborah gives her clients about acrylic nails. I always enjoy the greatest service and am now a regular customer. Her girls (natasha and Savvy) are beautiful and friendly, and do a wonderful job. Thanks for being so awesome ladies xx

I recently had my manicure & pedicure done at Debora's. The French nail polish had started to come off the next day after I did a manicure! I was going to a friend's wedding and, of course, wanted to look perfect. So, I went back to Deborah's nails and asked them to fix the problem. A staff member with attitude told me that it was not their fault that the nail polish was coming off. Apparently it was my fault! They pointed their finger at me and shouted: "We did a beauutiful manicure and you were not careful!" I guess I shouldn't have washed my hands or showered for a few days after her manicure to make sure it stayed on! I do manicure on a regular basis and can tell the difference between a good job and a bad job. They charge $45 for a French, so you'd think/ hope it'd last longer then 1 day!
    Shocking customer service. Never again.
