Had a deal bought for me for my 30th birthday. We were offered appointments in May initially, a few days after my birthday, which we gladly accepted. However, they have called today to cancel our Saturday appointment and have advised that the next Saturday appointment available for us is in August. They also advised us, not particularly politely, that we cannot have our $50 per person refunded!
I shall never step foot inside this salon and the person who bought my birthday present will be $50 the poorer for it. I cannot for the life of my figure out why they offered us appointments in May when they clearly have no ability to honour those appointments. I'd not recommend anyone try to get a Saturday appointment at this place any time soon.
Hi SLG7, I am most anguished that you have come away from our salon with such a perception. As I took the phone call from you, and I remember it clearly, I am very disappointed that you thought I was rude as I had offered you a number of other choices that were available before August - admittedly not on a Saturday as it our most popular day for vouchers. Unfortunately, due the conditions of the voucher purchase (you would be receiving $335 worth of hair services for $50), there is a no-refund policy. This is not our salon policy, but the policy of the online voucher service the vouchers were purchased from. We would love to see you in our salon and show you that we are genuinely lovely people and do a great job at making you feel and look your best - please do give us a call and we will endeavour to slot you in as soon as we can if you are flexible on a day other that a Saturday - remember your voucher does not expire until 1 November 2012 so you have plenty of time.
Great salon, the girls were wonderful. I went in wanting a pretty strange hairstyle and they were able to do exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back.
