    Ok so you want a brand spanking new laptop, and decide on getting a good one from DELL. Well don't bother, DELL are the most UNHELPFUL computer company you can possibly come into contact with (Hence why they even have an I hate DELL Facebook page). I paid for a laptop 2 weeks ago to be sent 5 different e-mails. 3 of which saying my order had be cancelled and 2 of which saying my order number had changed and it would be delivered to me in another 6 weeks! YEP thats right a total of 2 months just to get a laptop.
    You may think what a joke! I know I did! What gets worse is that I have phoned DELL over 5 times and had the phone put down on me 3 times and the other 2 were completely pointless and expensive phone calls.
    I have always had DELL laptops and found them perfectly fantastic computers to use, just beware when something goes wrong with them as you may as well buy a new laptop altogether just because it will cost $3000 in phone calls to try and get it fixed. And also beware... you may just never get your shiny new laptop that you desire and have paid for.
    So yes, go for another company and save yourself the tears.
