    They ruined my very expensive carpet, they pulled out the carpet from the edges, left an awful mouldy smell. When I contacted them, they came out after 4 days, were really unprofessional, sprayed the carpet with deodoriser, then accidentally somehow sprayed all of my child's toys, coffee table, sprayed by tv and cabinet. I then contacted the management again, who messaged me telling me they were busy and they'll call me the following week. Been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. Despite everything, I gave the this business the chance to rectify the problem, unfortunately the management is not interested in fixing a problem.
    out of the 15min they were here, they were on their mobile phones text messaging for at least half the time.
