    Jus bought a 50th anniversary falcon and managed to negotiate a deal which meant id get darkest legal tint and a $250 GPS Free with the car. After driving the brand NEW car home the braking systems failed and it had to be taken back in the next day, the same problem happened a few days later!!. Now came time to get my GPS, which i was supposed to get on delievery of the car, but rather took over 8 weeks to get. During this period i was told at least 20times that "It's in the mail, ull get it in a few days time" well despite complaining to FORD australia (who contacted the dealership twice) they continued to promise it had been sent, until finally after 8 weeeeeeks, they gave me a GPS, but instead of giving me a $250 GPS they gave me a GPS which was worth at most $149, so i called up and well they insisted they paid $250 from Jibi hifi, but after informing them i had called Jibi to get a price on it, they then said they paid $180 then incrediably said we NEVER agreed to a $250 GPS, and they were doing me a favor by giving me one!!!, after consulting their boss they then told me after using some quite colourful language "take it or leave it" . soo i then informed the Dealer Principle and well they have promised me the cheque for the difference is in the mail" well that was about 2 weeks ago!!, i then checked the tint on my car and suprise suprise its not the darkest legal.. soo Buyer beware, i recieved no Apology thoughtout the entire eposide which is still going, rather i have been made to feel guilty about asking for something which i am rightfully entitled to. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP !!

    I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. My husband and I recently went to look at a car that we had found on the internet at this dealership. While making an innocent enquiry about price - one sales staff member, in my opinion, attempted to bully, harass and intimidate us to the point where I was in tears and crying uncontrollably. I was also visibly pregnant at the time and there was never any apology or concern shown for my well-being by them. To make a bad situation even worse we were followed out of the office by them as we were leaving in a further attempt to intimidate us.

    Do NOT buy a car from this dealership!!!

    I purchased my falcon here a few years ago and found them to be brilliant. They really helped me pick out the right car and threw in a few extras for me when I picked it up. I had them factory fit some upgrades which all went beautifully and the car's been running great ever since. A few times I had to use the extended warranty and it paid for itself.
