Top spot for Breakfst, brunch and lunch, but wasn't too impressed with the dinner menu which is pretty much limited to Tapa's. Have had many breakfasts here and found the service quick, the food fab and the atmosphere is great.
Not for the bargain hunters, but worth it for a special brekky out. -

The food and service here are okay, but the price is a bit steep for the dishes served. $16 for pancakes and $10 for museli is pushing the elitist envolope a bit when there are so many other options within the Valley precinct. Having said that the coffee was great and if you have to be down this end on Wickham Street the food won't disapoint.

Named after the bus depot that once inhabited the Emporium site, this restaurant is renowned for two things: great breakfasts (try the ricotta pancakes); and sensational tapas designed by Frank Camorra of Movida, Melbourne, and overseen by head chef Nigel West. A central marble bar and large open spaces makes for a chic spot to enjoy a bite at any time of day or night. Tapas average: $4.70. Mains average: $26.
