Welcome to DEREK SCHLUTER BUILDING SERVICE 

Derek has been carrying out Pre-purchase and Pre-sale building inspections as well as working in the building industry for over 30 years. 

In fact I carried out in excess of 500 Pre-purchase & Pre-sale Building Inspections in the last financial year. 

As a sole trader, you will be dealing directly with the owner of the business and I will personally carry out the inspection on your property. 

The Termite inspection can be arranged by me on your behalf, or I will work with a licensed Termite inspector of your choice. 
TWO SETS OF EXPERIENCED EYES ARE BETTER THAN ONE! 

I am also happy to make all necessary arrangements for the inspection with your Real Estate agent / vendor. 

I recommend that you or your representative be present at the time of the inspection as I can point out any matters of interest arising from the inspection. If this is not possible, I will ring you after the inspection has been completed to inform you of the outcome.

The report is carried out in accordance with current Australian standards, as a result the inspection will take an average of 2 hours 
Each comprehensive report has between 14-24 pages 
Can be e-mailed to you within 24 hours 
The signed hard copy will be posted or in some cases delivered to you 
Digital photos are included if required
