    I have been there a few times now and LOVE their work. The first time was last year and I found the customer service has improved so much!! They are friendly and more importantly my colour and cut is spot on EVERY time. The salon looks nothing like these pictures and the staff have changed for the better. Love my Hair!!

    I went on a cheap deal coupon. Unfortunately I didn't read the coupon correctly so it cost me more money for the colour. The words FINISH meant drying off my hair, no blow dry. I found this strange, as why would you let your customer walk out with wet hair? Doesn't show the potential of the salon to others looking at the person who has left the salon. The coupon wasn't cheap in the end. I went with the idea of if I liked the salon and staff I would continue to go. The customer service was more or less non existence. The staff had zero personality. I was asked would I like a hot drink which I accepted. It never arrived. I was very disappointed and would never go back. A very expensive salon visit and not worth it.

    bit a of hit and miss place. actual hair cuts are good, but unfortunately i cannot say the same about customer service. they were quite rude on the phone and they did not inform me about some important pricing information until AFTER i got my hair cut done.
