    Very professional, very practical, great value. Highly recommended.

    We engaged them to deliver performance management coaching including modules on feedback, task assignment, accountability, skills coaching, behaviour modifcation and other areas. The training was excellent, and we've engaged them for further training on social communication styles as a result.

    We're a small business, so our criteria for selection (and success) were:

    * High focus on practical outcomes rather than theoretical learning.
    * Tailored course content to our requirements.
    * We wanted a mix of group sessions with one on one coaching to reinforce & followup.
    * We needed a very quick ROI - we weren't investing in this to tick an "HR box" - we did this because we wanted our staff to be more effective.

    Development In Practice delivered on all of these, we're seeing the results with more effective management & teams, and we definitely recommend them.
