We have been conducting classes in various suburbs for more than 4 years. The popularity of our classes lies in not emphasizing on any particular style or trend but perceiving yoga in its whole as a way of life. We do practice traditional hatha yoga postures, breathing and meditation but the underlying theme of our classes is to take the practice deeper into one's life to address their fears, anxieties and stress. This practice will make you fitter, healthier, beautiful and most importantly, Sahaja. Sahaja is a state of peaceful mind where mind becomes spontaneous, watchful and balanced.To have a real feel of what I just mentioned, you have to attend at least one of our classes !

I can highly recommend these classes for any one of any age and any fitness level! I started going 6 weeks after I slipped a disc. Amit advised me of what poses were good for me and which ones to avoid and I have gone from strength to strength ever since. I am less anxious and stressed out and have met some wonderful like minded people at class, some of which I regard as my closest friends. Amit is a truly wonderful teacher of yoga and his outlook on life is uplifting. He is genuinely concerned for all of his students. If you want to get fit, strong and flexible with a healthy mind and happy heart to match then Dhamma Yoga is for you! :)
