I was served a spagetti marinara in which the mussels smelt terrible. I mentioned this to the staff who came back and said that they disagreed. I thought their reaction was appallingly low key and defensive. As a bonus, they overcharged us, which of course they rectified when we pointed out mistake. Poor experience overall.
I've experienced the service of this restaurant twice. The first time was when I ordered a takeaway. The staff were cold and unwelcoming. The second time, I was having lunch with a group of work colleagues. We had to wait nearly an hour before I meals were served, and the pasta i ordered was luke warm at best. Dipalma's Kew East have really tasty meals on their menu, I do feel thought that they would benefit in working on their customer service.
