For electronic components this is probably your best local option. However for computers, parts and accessories, and electronic toys and appliances I find them too expensive compared to similar products elsewhere. I have been
dissappointed a couple of times with the service provided when needing to return faulty products - while in the end agreeing to exchange the product they tried to make me feel as though they were doing me a favour when the product was faulty out of the box. If you dont know your products ie technology they can be quite rude also.
