    I've dealt with a lot of "tradespeople" but Rick from Digital Antenna Solutions is one of the best ever.
    I explained what I wanted done and asked for an estimate over the phone, which he honoured even though it took longer than it was quoted for. He said i might need an amplifier and then checked the signal strength, after which he said the signal was very good to all 6 tv outlets - so no extra cost.
    He even ran an extra cable for me to connect the DVD to the tv. The cost for this? $NIL, how good is that!
    When Rick & Matt finished the place was spotless.
    Please shop around, but save your time & the phone calls, just ring Rick.

    Rick arrived on time. Replaced our very old Antenna, re tuned the TV, we now get all channels even ABC and SBS which we have never been able to watch. Also replaced one very old outlet and installed a new outlet. Very reasonable prices too. I am happy to recommend Rick to anyone. Will use Rick again when renovations are complete.

    Excellent. I strongly recommend Rick without any hesitation.
    Rick came over and gave us a very competitive quote and 2 days later we had our antenna installed with 2 outlets. No fuss. He cleaned up everything once he had finished and was careful with our furniture and house. Total professional, knows his stuff and top bloke too.     Strongly recommend Rick from Digital Antenna Solutions.

    Called him mid-week and he gave me a price indication over the phone. Turned up on Saturday when he said he would. The price he gave was the price he charged. Did a signal strength check on the roof and did the install on the spot, with 2 outlets. Great price and fantastic signal!

    Wow - a true professional from beginning to end!

    An extremely generous and competative quote. Didn't try to sell extras that were not needed as some other tradies did plus his work is fully garanteed with a three year warranty on the antenna itself.

    On the day he spent a total of approximately six hours installing the antenna, running cable hidden inside conduit from one side of room to the other and then connecting two set top boxes.

    He did not leave until he was completely satisfied with the job which included testing the signals on all connections and TV's and even cleaning up after himself (who knew tradies did this!). He even offered to come back if ever we were unsatisfied with any of the work.

    It has now been two weeks since installation and we are extremely happy with the antenna and the reception it is giving us. We have had no glitches on any chanels even in extreme weather.

    I have no hesitation in recommending this business as they are not only professional and competative but friendly and careful around your home.

    Highly recommend Rick from Digital Antenna Solutions.

    Following my call, obligation free, he got up on the roof and did a full signal test with all the right gear. This was on a Sunday. Did the aerial instal on the spot, including a lot of work inside the roof cavity. Very happy with the result.

    I have also ordered two new set top boxes for our older TV's. One was in stock, and we are waiting for the other.

    Ours is a poor reception area, particularly for ABC Channels, and with the advent of Digital TV we purchased a Set Top Box. This resulted in reasonable Local Channel reception, except for the ABC. Rick arrived with a Digital Antenna plus sophisticated test equipment to measure the relevant parameters from a preliminary roof top set up. These confirmed that a Digital Antenna should give reasonable reception but could result in intermittent frozen pictures and interrupted sound under adverse conditions for the ABC. Rick completed the installation, involving access to our limited roof space and under house areas to install the cable run. As predicted we received very good reception on the Commercial Channels and reasonable ABC reception, but with occasional glitches on vision and sound. Subsequently Rick supplied and installed an antenna amplifier. This improved the overall reception and only under extremely adverse conditions do we now experience the occasional glitch. We can thoroughly recommend Rick. All of this work was completed, including follow up support, in a very professional and friendly manner.

    Highly recommend Rick from Digital Antenna Solutions. First he did a full site survey and recommended a new antenna, put it on a short mast with tie wires and did 2 new room outlets and fixed 2 others. Digital reception is nearly perfect - and two new set top boxes as well for our older TV's. Nice guy too. Good prices. Send you business to Rick and get great reception.
