    I contacted Direct Air for a quote to fit 2 x split systems based on reviews here on True local. Terry's quote was so competitive (even the other guy I got a quote from said so).

    Terry is a true professional - prompt, genuine, knowledgeable and it was obvious that he took pride in his work.

    After the install, I understood why people felt the need to share their experience with Direct Air Airconditioning. Highly recommended!!!

    We just had a evaporative cooler installed in our home by Direct Air Air Conditioning.
    Very impressed with prompt,efficient and friendly service from Terry, I had about 5 quotes from different companies from N/W to S/E and Terry price was alot cheaper compared to others. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family if they require a good service and price.

    The service that me and my wife received from Terry can only be described as a "DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH".
    Directair is a rare find from all the other overly profit orientated and so called complete customer satisfaction companies out there today in the market.
    His pricing on the Evaporateive Cooling System is the cheapest I can get from over 10 quotes. Some by a huge margin.
    His service is polite, courteous, on time and the way Terry goes out of the way to fit in with our busy work schedule is such appreciated.
    The most surprising is his advise on saving on services call by suggesting DIY instead.
    While others might insist on sucking more money from you with must do services calls.
    So if anyone is out there looking for a Cooling/Heating system for your home do give Directair a call.
    You WON'T be disappointed.

    Terry installed our Evaporative Cooling system in October 2009. Terry is a true professional and delivered what he promised with VERY competitive prices.
