Worst freight company ever constant damage and lack of care.
This is the only freight company that does not have any insurance when trying to speak to customer service about serious damage on 200k worth of freight they told me there is no insurance and I will have to wait 21 days to get a letter from them stating they damaged the freight for my insurance company , do you have any idea how much the excess is on 200k.
I wanted this #% of a company to pay the excess at least so I was passed though to the Sales Management mobile and left a message no return call for 8 days so I decided to call customer service again to get their mobile number and then called them all day until they physically picked up the phone.
The sales management acknowledged the message that I left for them but said they were too busy to call me back, I explained the situation their reply was that we had not packaged the shipment properly, they are not a common carrier, have no insurance, this was not their problem, get it from your insurance company, I am too busy to talk about an issue that has nothing to do with direct the goods were delivered weren't they and that's how the conversation ended no sorry , no care at all for a loss of our business.
By the way all our packaging is designed to stand heavy tonnage and moves across countries and sea packed exactly this way.
0 for this company we are no longer going to use them as the damages are too great.
