Hello everyone who is considering giving their animals Hydrobaths!
I have been using Dirty Dog Hydrobath for the past 12 months, Karl and Kylie are amazing!!
They will go out of their way to come to your house and wash your dog.
They are extremely nice, professional and most importantly Animal Lovers!!
Karl comes to visit my Cocker Spaniel on a weekly basis and my dog absolutely adores him!
Prior to finding Dirty Dog Hydrobath, I found it extremely difficult to book my dog in with other washers with a time that suited me, not to mention the difference in price!
I would highly recommend Dirty Dog Hydrobath to anyone who wants their dog to be treated like Karl and Kylies own, anyone who appreciates great customer service and low prices!
I am an EXTREMELY satisfied customer, and i know my much loved dog is too!!
My partner and I have formed a friendly relationship with Hydrobath and i can assure other customers who know Karl and Kylie would agree.

I found Dirty Dog by literally driving behind the trailer and calling the number. I am a fairly new customer, with an 11 month old Alaskan Malamute who gets very excited around new people and loves water. I thought Karl would have his work cut out for him.
But he was fantastic, I even told him I didn't like choke chains and he was fine with that, my dog Trinity absolutely soaked him with their first wash and he didn't seem to mind at all, we recently had our second wash and she knew exactly who he was and (to my surprise) was perfectly well behaved.
I feel incredibly comfortable leaving Trinity in Karl's care, he has a lot of fun with her and she just adores him.
I have been to a very well known pet store that performs hydrobaths, I took Trinity once only to return with my dog in a cage TWO TIMES too small for her, whining, stressed....And I was charged $66. She hated the experience and so did I. They told me they used a choke chain on her - without asking for my permission; and then they laughed at her because she hated the choke chain.
Karl is the exact opposite, he is fantastic at his job, very laid back, doesn't overcharge me (in fact I think $22 is almost undercharging!), loves my dog and is never shy to receive her many kisses all over the face.
This is the best small business I know. Customers get what they pay for, it is genuine good Australian service with a smile and a few dog treats. -
Our gorgeous boy Trooper (Border Collie) and Luca (Mini Poodle) were new to the idea of bathing in a hydrobath. Thankfully, Karl made it his business to ensure he got to know them both well before introducing them. Although I am sure if asked they would choose to keep their canine smell, both Luca and Trooper are now most relaxed while being bathed. A treat for their trouble does not go astray - and Karl always complies. The boys are clean and happy. -

Karl has been washing our girls for around 8 months now and we're very happy with him. He always fits us in (no matter how little notice I always seem to give him!!) and the girls adore him!
We have two Australian Bulldogs and have used a lot of different companies in the past but have always found that they don't clean ears & eye areas very well and leave them soaking wet. Dirty Dog Hydrobath is completely different - they really look after our girls and we are very happy with them! Wouldn't use anybody else!
