    I would like to inform everyone about the rude service I experienced from this business today. I was after a replacement roof tile and was given a chipped tile. I asked to have it replaced with one that wasnt chipped and they verbally abused me. Their words were "dont come here again...f.. off....and whilst doing this they mumbled a rascist remark under thier breath. The management of the business told me to not come back and that if i took it to consumer affair they wouldnt do anything about it anyway. What kind of service is this? and should i take the verbal abuse and rascist comment further because i was offended. Shame on you. The public need to be aware that your service today was unacceptable.
