    Totally agree with previous reviewer. Persistent (almost harrassing) pressure selling of an expensive product; very poor staff with unprofessional manner and very little coordination of the job; didn't complete the work. Interesting that they 'forgot' to install the vents for previous reviewer - they 'forgot' at our place too, and also 'forgot' to come and put them in afterwards when we complained.

    Terrible business. They say they will diagnose your damp problem but all you get is a salesman pushing their overpriced extractor fan system. Then they didn't even finish the install, I noticed by accident crawling under my verandah that they never cut any holes in the wall for the air to get out!! The excuse " we forgot"
