Although this place has only been open a few weeks it appears to already have a loyal following. It is fascinating to see the chefs preparing the food from outside the Restaurant and certainly inspires confidence in it. This made us want to go inside and try something! They are next door to Dolcetto Dessert Bar but operate totally separately. They have a wonderfully varied menu consisting of a wide variety of fresh seafood, such as Perch, Octopus, Atlantic Salmon and Salt and Pepper squid.
For meat lovers they a wide range of chicken, lamb and steak. If I have left anything out it is only because there is so much to choose from! My husband had the BBQ chicken with French fries and I choose the Atlantic Salmon with butter Lemon sauce and a fresh green salad.We were both very impressed and we aren't easy to impress. The Maitre'D, Michael, is both polite and efficient and the food arrives very quickly considering it is all prepared fresh. We shall certainly be regular customers!
Went here for a late night snack whilst in the Entertainment Quarter and the crepe menu caught my eye, as did the prices.
They have sweet or savoury crepes and there is probably half a dozen of each type; my partner and I opted for the Mexican and the Euro (ham, cheese mushrooms). They were both reasonably nice and very cheap, $8 and $6 respectively. I would have preferred if they didn't use that pre-packaged shredded ham that you find on bad pizzas but it was tasty nonetheless.
