    I had my hair done at Dominics last week (first time) I wasn't happy with the colour it was darker than I expected so I wasnt at all comfortable with it. I was going to go somewhere else because I felt dreadful having to go back in there again. I plucked up the courage to call a few days later, the receptionist was extremely accommodating and very apologetic with my circumstances. I was seen only half an hour after I called. I was very happy to have seen Kirsty look at my hair and suggest what they could do to getting my hair looking good again. I was there for a couple of hours free of charge and a complimentary treatment .... nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Thank you Dominics! I definately will continue to visit your establishment.

    Milliner, you are so right! And things haven't changed. They are still unprofessional and rude. The girl who coloured my hair asked another hair dresser if they liked the colour and their response back to her was "do you"? I have never heard that kind of nuisance anywhere! I know many hair dressers lie and say it looks good when they know it doesn't, but we are customers and we demand respect. If you can't be nice, then be quiet. Better yet, do your job right. I was happy with my colour, but I didn't need to hear the negative comments.

    What a disappointing experience. The Salon is very pockey and everyone walking by can see you being worked on and it is a very loud place. They seemed to understand what I wanted but, the result was far from satisfactory. It was very expensive and I could have had a better job done elsewhere for a lot less in my opinion. Will not be back

      hi wendy sorry you did not have a happy experience as we all ways try to please the client shame you did not seem fit to come and give us a chance to make you happy the salon is the largest in shopping center sorry you think it is pockey and you can see everyone when you are in the salon good luck with your next hairdresser

    I have been getting my hair done by a hairdresser at this salon for the past 6 years at least and in that time I have had nothing but the best service, best hair cuts, best colours! I like to change my style often, and they're always up with the latest trends and they offer the best advice on what will suite me. They are a lovely bunch of people who are always accomodating, polite and willing to help with products etc. I will get my hair done no where else.

    This salon has to be the worst salon that I have ever visited. They a far too expensive considering that most of the staff have limited experience. Not only did I come out feeing 'ripped-off' but also not 1 but 2 staff members also personally insulted me. They have a clear case of foot in mouth and needless to say I will never return. Im far from impressed.
