Okay, not every fast food company is perfect, but you can not hate the store because they've made a few mistakes. Everybody makes mistakes, and imagine how difficult it would be working there when you have hundreds of pizza's to deliver and make, a few mistakes are bound to happen.
The service is generally great. Especially the younger employee's, particulary the girl they have working there, she is extremily polite and helpful. The other young boys are also pleasant. =]
The ingrediants have proven to be fresh most of the time, and the difference between Domino's and pizza hut is, pizza hut do not let you see into the store and watch the pizza being made. At domino's you can see the employee's are responsible, and hygenic, wearing gloves and hairnets, unlike pizza hut.
Pizza hut also has an oil which they spray on the pizza's when they are undercooked, to make them appear brown and cooked.
I would rate domino's pizza in carlton 5 stars, because no one is perfect, but with their friendly service, hygenic habbits, great value and fresh & healthy ingredients, they are the closest pizza shop to perfect.
I will never order from dominos carlton ever again. They always send the wrong order to my house. The very first pizza i bought was great but when i ordered the second time they sent the wrong pizzas. I had friends over who ordered pizza and they too didnt get the right order. The food is cold and now they cant even find my address so when i call them they tell me they couldnt find my place, despite coming here before. When i tell them i still want the order and i want it hot they still send it over cold. To top it off they always forget something. Tonight i ordered a deal and they forgot the coke.I give up... NEVER AGAIN! I heard pizza hut make yummy pizzas now so im going to give them a go. DOMINOS...YOU HAVE LOST ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh dear. I made the mistake of ordering a few pizzas from here. Their deals and specials are so cheap - how bad could it be, we thought? I got my answer a few hours after eating the bland, tasteless, undercooked muck that masquerades as pizza. Those aren't olives. They're rubber-like black disks that taste like tyres from my kid's toy cars (yes, I checked). And what is that thick, plastic yellow stuff on top? It bears little resemblance to cheese, that's for sure. Yes, it's cheap - cheap and nasty. Do yourself a favour and try one of the many quality pizza places in the area.
