    Had bad dominoes from other franchises. Since we moved to the area we have always used you guys and you have always been perfect and with quick delivery. Thanks heap, management obviously has good quality control. :)

    What CANT i say about this Dominos, I placed an order and after hanging up realised that a friend was allergic to one of the topping, so immediately called back and was told the order could not be changed, and the only way to fix it would be to cancel the order and RE-Order it, PROBLEM! i ordered with my credit card! they said that they could not refund me and would have to charge me again to place the order. finally they allowed me to just have the original order. Delivery took 1 hour and 45 mins after being quoted 30 minutes, the pizzas were burnt on the base, and the brownies had been forgotten, i was assured a voucher would be sent out for the brownies and i STILL have not seen it. I complained to store management who would not do anything, then emailed head office, followed up with a phone call, resent the email AGAIN, and finally the store owner called and aplogised saying the manager had now left the store due to incompitence.

    We have always been pleased with the speed of service at this Dominos store. Have mucked up an order once, but the pizzas are always as you expect. Service has always been friendly. Parking can be a problem if picking up but you soon get to know to park down Nelson Street.
