At first glance, not a lot changes with regard to Domino's Pizza stores. The stores, in general, all look the same. The employees all where the same uniform and drive the same scooters. However, as I was soon to discover, appearances can be very decieving and, contrary to what I once believed, quite a lot changes from Domino's to Domino's.
Domino's Pizza in Five Dock has two major problems; problems with it's staff and problems with it's pizza.
Firstly, the staff there have no concept of patience or customer service. The general staff were rude and inpatient and their manager was even worse. He was untidy, loud and began hitting on me, mid-way through my ordering - I do hope other women or female colleagues for that matter, have to experience this shocking violation of business ethics.
I was suprised to find that, although their service was terrible, their pizza was equally as bad. It was very bland, no flavor at all and was luke warm by teh time I recieved it.
If you can, do not purchase pizza from this establishment, But if you have to order from here (probably out of desperation), I find specifing exactly what you want on your pizza helps a lot. Imust warn that going elsewhere to find a Domino's that cooks good pizza probably won't result in much. Their pizza is universal in it's bland, undercooked and terrible tasting pizza. Perhaps it is a managerial issue, or a problem with the fat cats at the top, cutting corners but I suppose one thing is true, if one domino falls, then the rest will follow.
