We first visited this restaurant a few months ago for a Sunday-afternoon dimsim. The food was below average (most of them weren't fresh and some of them were cold) and at the end of the day it took us a while to get a bill to our table since they kept servicing people who went straight to the cashier.

We went again last weekend for dinner. It was a total disaster.

We booked in by phone earlier in the day for 7:30pm seating. When we arrived, we were told to wait outside because the family before us came late. We ended up waiting for almost 45 minutes.

After we were all seated, all we did was mostly waited. We waited for the staff to take our order, we waited for them to provide us with our drinks, and it took far too long for each food to come out. And when they finally came, they weren't that delicious either. And the staff who served us cut the fish like he was on fire, the fish were broken into crumbs.

But that was just the beginning.

When we requested the bill, they overcharged us. Our small bowl of chicken corn soup that was supposed to be $6.50 was charged $10. They also charged a different item on our bill for one of the dishes (and the cashier's excuse was that the button was next to each other). On top of that, we were charged more than $51 for only two jugs of Coke!

When we enquired this to the counter, we realised that they were piggy-backing our bill with someone else's alcoholic drinks who apparently left the restaurant without paying.

When my dad discussed the bill at the bar who provided the drinks, a young male staff came out and was impolite towards him. He even raised his voice towards us, the customer. He defended his bill mistake, saying that it was a "common mistake" and he didn't even utter a single word of apology.

At the end of the day, they only gave us $12 rebate after having this heated discussion. That's like only two small bowls of soup worth.

We were very furious at this experience. Later that night my sister went online and found that there were a lot of people who were treated as bad (or even worse) as we were.

In my opinion, this restaurant doesn't even earn half a star.

We will not be coming back.
