    The people at the the shop were great, as were the tradespeople who installed our front door and screendoor. However even though we paid for a door that was on the shop floor (Which meant they didn't even have to order the door in) it still took 3 months to get the door installed. I suspect they don't have enough tradespeople doing door installations.
    Our job was a simple one and it looks fabulous- just be prepared to wait for the installation.

    These guys were appalling. It took 6 months to have two doors fitted. They had initially told us 4-6 weeks. The job was simple and there were no delays from our end. The service was completely disorganised and unfriendly. I constantly had to chase them. They didn't show up at pre-booked installation times or brought the wrong pieces. When the doors were finally installed, the quality was so poor, they had to replace parts of the doors which took another 6-8 weeks. Management were rude and aggressive and implied we were being unreasonable. Head office were non-responsive to our complaints. A TERRIBLE experience. Do not buy your doors from here...
