Just wanted to say (and I am sure they have heard it before), Doug Disher Real Estates system of responding to enquiries and setting inspection times is absolutely superb!!! I think it ranks as the best online customer service systems I have ever seen!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! renting with them was horrible! Very unprofessional staff, would take months to complete the most basic tasks for our rental property. I was still unprepared when our rental property previously managed by Prorentals was switched to Doug Disher. The contrast with how well we were treated with Prorentals to how bad we were treated with Doug Disher was incredible. I am so glad to be finished with Doug Disher!

Avoid this office at all costs. As tenants our property management was constantly changed and we could never keep up. The ones put in charge of out property were lazy, unprofessional and impolite. It was like we were bugging them whenever we contacted them. They would never reply to emails or return phone calls, if you actually wanted something resolved, you had to go in there in person. If this is what they're like with rentals, I shudder to think what they're like with sales.

  Too little, too late I'm afraid Mr Disher. Perhaps instead of smoothing over bad reviews on the internet, you should direct your efforts into training your staff who treat customers with such disregard.

The Team a Doug Disher have been the best real estate team I have come across in my last 8 years of renting. The service has been spot on from day one and even when the property manager was replaced with the incoming new manager the transition was seamless.
They are efficient and quick at replying to your requests, be it by mail or in person and every repair I have requested over the last 2.5 years have been promptly and smoothly dealt with.
I love the courtesy and high level of customer service I have experienced with these guys and will continue to recommend them to other renters.

I have had a number of real estate dealling with Doug Disher and other members of his team over the past fifteen years in buying various properities in the Western suburbs. I have found Doug extremely knowledgable of the market and very professional to deal with. I have no reservations in recommending Doug to thoese looking at buying, selling or renting in the Western suburbs.

Doug Disher's people have been involved in both buying/selling and renting several properties of mine over a 10 year period and their personal touch has been noteworthy. Setting the right expectations is always a good starting point and honesty and candour in this space are rare. Their attention to detail along with a common sense approach where they qualify in or out potential interest has always been a strong suit of their company culture. Understanding the comparatives in a local geography over a long period has clearly built a strong foundation in the area. They've shown me a no-nonsense capability and employ a sales and support team who have been a real pleasure to deal with in a challenging environment. No hesitation in giving them a big tick.

My family have had numerous dealings with Doug Disher Real Estate in Toowong, both on the sales side and the rental side of housing. So when I needed an agent in the western suburbs of Brisbane, my family told me .theres only one place you should go and thats Doug Disher. I'm not one to usually write reviews but my recent positive experience with Doug Disher Real Estate, I think warrants a comment. I came to the rental market in the western suburbs with little rental experience and not much knowledge of the area at all. The rental team were most helpful, while being respectful of my unfamiliarity of the Toowong / Indooroopilly areas.
Not only have I found myself in a dwelling that exactly suits my purpose, I feel as though I was treated with the utmost professional respect by a courteous bunch of people who genuinely cared for my housing needs and displayed a level of service often unseen these days.
I have had dealings with the big-name franchise real estate agents with little or no satisfaction and Doug Disher Real Estate has now proven to me that dealing with an independent agent is definitely the way to go if quality personal service is importance to you.

i have dealt with Doug Disher Realty for over 16 years and have no hesitation in telling anyone to use their services for what ever real estate reason they may need. I have used their services as a tenant in the first few years and they were fantastic and very helpful and understanding. Then later as a real estate agent to purchase property.
Now I use them to manage my houses. They are all ways prompt in taking care of tenants needs as well as those of the owners and i have experienced that from both aspects. If you hear anything negative about them i would suggest that you try them for yourselves and then form an honest opinion. Go Doug Disher Realty the best in the West.
