Great dentist! Had a throbbing tooth that stopped me sleeping. They got me in the same morning and explained everything about why it was happening. Didn't lecture me about not seeing a dentist in about 5 years- just fixed the tooth and advised an exam and check up for a few weeks time. Will definately be heading back.

Saw Greg last week, was very happy with my appointment. Came in with a broken tooth, left with it fixed and a check up and clean. Greg was thorough and explained everything well. He was gentle and I hardly felt the needle. The next day I had a welcome card in the mail- I thought it was a nice touch.

I went in to have a filling replaced, and came away with a quote for over $10,000 for crowns that they said I needed.

  John, we are very sorry that you were unhappy with the treatment you received. Our goal at Greg Dougall Dental is quality holistic dentistry. We recommend to you the optimal treatment that we would choose to have in our own mouths. We do not cut corners, and we pride ourselves on making our patients aware of their full dental situation. We would never place pressure on you to accept your optimal treatment plan, but we do feel that we have a responsibility to look not only at a singular broken tooth, but also the reasons contributing to the breakage; whether that is poor oral hygiene or excessive wear from grinding. If you feel that the reasons for the prescribed crowns were not fully explained, we recommend you to come in for a consultation and we would be happy to talk through your treatment plan again.
