    Absolutely terrible experience. On my first visit without even looking at it, the doctor asked me if I thought my foot might be broken. Then he sent me away to get scans and asked me to come back with them. When i did that he charged me for a second consultation but admitted he had no idea what it meant and should probably see a different doctor.

    A few days latter my insurance agency told me that I need the doctor's signature on a document that indicated that the injury was caused by accident. I faxed it to them at 9am after calling and speaking to them, both on the phone and in the fax I indicated that I needed the signature by midday (this was not a complicated or important form). I called again at 2pm, again at 4pm and finally at 5pm. The receptionist insisted that I had to make an appointment because the doctor didn't have time to fill in forms. I went into his office and waited 30 minutes, then he again asked what i wanted him to do. He looked blankly at the very simple form (the same way he looked at my foot) and admitted he didn't know what to do. I pointed to the section of the form that boldly read: "Doctor's Signature" to which he immediately signed and insisted I paid for his time.
